The SKE (*coughs*RenAirin*Coughs*) part of the MC during AKB Kouhaku 2012 Encore. With Chinese subs. Since I don’t have the clean RAW I’ll just translate it here:
Yuuko: You say that every year isn’t it?
Kojipa: Yeah, I do say that every year…
Yuuko: Well, since we have two representatives from AKB, SKE, HKT and NMB each lined up here, how was this year for the various groups? Also, I’d like to ask what hopes you have for next year… First, what kind of year was it? We’ll start with SKE.
Rena-san: With SKE, just a few days ago, our SKE theater, y’know..
Airi: Yeah!
Both: It was successfully opened! Thank you very much!!
Yuuko: That’s great isn’t it?
Airi: Yeah, and something that we hadn’t had before, a stage lift.. comes up like “don!”..
Rena-san: Yeah, it comes up like “don!” out of the ground..
Yuuko: What’s the stage lift like?
Airi: It’s strange!
Rena-san: It’s amazing! SKE’s stage lift, you know.. doesn’t sway! There isn’t a sound either, it just comes up, like “suuuuuuuuuu”!
Love-tan: HKT’s doesn’t sway either, you know.
Rena-san: Really?
Love-tan: It doesn’t sway isn’t it?
Haruppi: Yeah..

Airi: And, more than that, there’s one more thing.. We’ll be appearing on… not this Kouhaku song competition, but the other Kouhaku song competition.

Rena-san: For next year, we hope that SKE will be able to appear like this on AKB’s kouhaku song competition… and we also hope to be able to appear again on the real Kouhaku next year.
